ectronic Control System of Planer

Applies to the modification to the electronic control system of the plainer, that is original AC motor - AC alternator - DC motor.
System Features:
1) replace the original DC generator - DC motor system (FD system) by 590 - DC motor system (SCR-D system) to reduce the equipment size greatly and improve the efficiency, energy saving is more than 30%, simple circuit high reliability.
(2) replace the relay logic with PLC control, control system is greatly simplified and reduced failure rate.
(3) the multi-turn potentiometer improves accuracy.
